At a minimum, clients are expected to sync their business bank and credit card statements with QBO. Syncing other apps may be required. Business bank and credit card accounts are expected to be used for business purposes only. For additional business expenses paid by other means, such as cash or another method, an additional surcharge may apply. In most cases, there will not be a surcharge, unless an extraordinary amount of time needs to be taken. Monthly fees will be withdrawn on the first day of each month, or before work starts (for new clients) via direct debit. Due to low margins, a surcharge of 3% will be applied to all credit card payments.
There is minimum commitment of 6 months service, otherwise a $150 setup fee will apply.
